We offer a transitional living facility for those who complete our recovery program. There, patients can put the skills and tools that they’ve acquired with addiction recovery into action, in a safe and sober environment. Patients gradually re-enter the workforce, build connections with friends and family outside of recovery, and learn more about independent living. As they begin down the road of independent recovery, patients are surrounded by people who understand their struggles and support each other in their goals.
Crossroads Transitional Living aftercare program provides an extensive work readiness program as well. At Crossroads, we feel getting back to work is a vital to long term recovery, self-worth, and being a productive member of society, as well as moving on to financial independence. Our staff teaches the individual basic skill functions on how to prepare for a job ie. Job interview and resume building, how to conduct in a specific workplace, job ethics, money management, and on the job training for certain specific jobs. We try to help the client find the type of work they may specialize in and tailor their needs around skill. We are centrally located in a small community and work with many small businesses in town that are willing to hire motivated individuals.
